Debbie Thornton has been with the PUR since October, 2003. She helps us keep track of the fiscal end of all our projects as well as maintaining our database and website.

Monitoring Coordinator

Sandy Lyon has been working as the monitoring coordinator since November, 2003. She monitors projects for the Watershed Council as well as trains and coordinates volunteers to participate in water quality monitoring projects. She has a background in research which serves her well in this type of technical monitoring.
