Water Trails of the Umpqua Would you like to use the Umpqua River in a sustainable way? Do you enjoy paddling, camping, and exploring? Water Trails of the Umpqua will allow you the freedom to do these things while acting as a steward of the land. We aim to create a path linking the Umpqua River from Roseburg to the coast, and we want to involve you as a member of the community.
